The man selling it was very amused by it as well--though it didn't beat the Keane doll he had last week (he called that a speed bump--when people saw it, they stopped in their tracks and stared in horror).     That’s an old Whimsies doll from American Character in 1961. Yours has a funny name, Heda Get Betta. Good find! They’re worth around $100 in nice condition.
